In doing so, it guides the application of the MWM in terms of the practitioner’s selection, modification and progression of the various parameters of a technique, In this regard it is vitally important that the practitioner understand the concept of a CSIM and its endpoint for different clinical presentations (e.g. pain-limited function).“
